As the head of the Legal Department Jose Santiago was responsible for overseeing all Real Estate transactions, attend closings, draft purchase contracts and perform trials.

In the United States, Jose Santiago attended FMU and worked for the outside Counsel of the Broward County Property

Appraisers Office in Fort Lauderdale, which is one of the biggest property appraisers’ offices in the State of Florida.

His university degrees and experience acquired in the US working for this prestigious Fort Lauderdale Law Office dealing mostly with Contract Law and Real Estate qualifies him well enough to be considerate a specialist in the field of Real Estate and Law in both United States and Brazil.

In addition, Jose Santiago is the only Brazilian attorney licensed and experienced in dealing with Real Estate transactions in the US and one of the few attorneys certified by First American Title Insurance, one of the biggest title insurance companies in the US, to issue title opinions certificates. Such certification allows him to issue “Title Opinions” and thoroughly analyze the title of any property purchased in Brazil and consequently, that allows his clients to purchase Title Insurance directly in the US related to Brazilian Properties.
